Our project management process (EVMS) is utilized to organize, optimize and measure project execution. EVMS merges all phases of project management from preplanning to execution, quality control and financial information reporting. This enables Continental Tide to measure our ability to build effective teams, track initiative progress and detect areas of improvement. It has been an extremely effective tool in large-scale machinery control initiatives. Our quality management system is NAVSEA 04X-approved and our engineers, technicians and trade personnel are fully qualified and trained on the latest industrial practices, meeting the applicable NAVSEA technical skill requirements.
