Mr. Avery Scott was named Employee of the Month for October. His efforts during the electrical portion of the oily water separator installs have been instrumental in Continental Tide’s success onboard USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC-19). This award is a special thank you to Mr. Scott for his continuing dedication and work hard as part of our AIT team.
CT Employee of the Month - NOV2015
Continental Tide would like to recognize Mr. Edward Kabak as the Employee of the Month for the month of November. In addition to Mr. Kabak’s outstanding support of the Engineering Department, including the USCGC MACKINAW Program and other on-going engineering efforts, he has been crucial to the organization in developing, organizing, reviewing, and archiving our QA/QMS Program and Documentation. Mr. Kabak’s efforts in taking on this additional effort while maintaining his traditional workload deserve to be recognized.
CT Employee of the Month - JUN2015
Ms. Amanda Metzinger, pictured here with Keith Reidinger (President) was recently recognized as the Employee of the Month (June). Over the past month Amanda lead the way on numerous policy and procedures programs including; new hire processes, corporate compliance initiatives and the Virginia Ship Repair Association QA audit preparation and response. Amanda’s hard work and patient, professional approach is a model to all employees and we are grateful to have her on our Team.
CT Employee of the Month - DEC2015
To close out 2015, we would like to recognize Cedrick Clayton, Subcontract Manager, for his hard work during the month of December. Mr. Clayton’s efforts in the Finance, Accounting and Contracts (FAC) department have been crucial to the organization in terms of development, implementation, and advancement. He has been an important member of the team reviewing and editing subcontractor and purchasing QP’s for our Quality Management System (QMS). In addition, Mr. Clayton has assumed the role of Subcontract Manager developing the Subcontract Management System to continue maintaining compliance, strengthening subcontractor relationships, and identifying areas for improvement. His efforts in taking on this role while maintaining his traditional workload deserve to be recognized.
CT Employee of the Month - MAR2015
Mr. Zachary Haupt (right), pictured with Mr. Russell Leinbach, Director of Engineering, recently received the Employee of the Month award for the month of March for his ‘above and beyond’ work in IT, tablet application and shipboard technical support here at CT.
He was instrumental in completing the BSAT effort onboard LSD49 and developing new applications to NSWC and Private Industry.
Zach’s enthusiasm for IT and fostering of new customer relationships is a major influence on CT’s continued success.
