Ms. Brianne Burgsteiner (left) was recently recognized as the Employee of Month for August. During this highly demanding month, Ms. Burgsteiner displayed true professionalism and maturity performing daily administrative functions for the Chesapeake office while responding to emergent tasks from corporate headquarters. Her "can do" attitude and increased proficiency was key to keeping the Continental Tide team competitive and moving forward.
Roy Graham was named July 2014 employee of the month. Continental Tide President Keith Reidinger said Roy was instrumental in the completion of emergent tasking on multiple Continental Tide initiatives. "He performed superbly and displayed true professionalism which was key to client retention and project success," Reidinger said.
Christopher Perkosky (left) was recently recognized as the Employee of Month for his hard work and outstanding performance during the month of June. His efforts on the USCGC MACKINAW Groom were superb and his "can-do" attitude contributed to a successful Integrated Power Plant (IPP) groom.
Mr. Edward Kabak (left) was recently recognized as the Employee of Month in appreciation of his work during the month of April. His willingness to take on additional responsibilities and hard work resulted in successful initiatives supporting projects for the United States Coast Guard and Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division. Mr. Kabak has been a great addition to our Continental Tide family and we are proud to have him on our team.
Mr. Christopher Rode (left) was recently recognized as the Employee of Month in appreciation of his work during the month of March. His leadership skills and technical ability resulted in successful initiatives supporting COMNAVSURFLANT and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division. Mr. Rode is a tremendous asset to our team and has greatly contributed to our continuing success. Congrats Rode!!
Mr. Ron Mcmillan (right) was recently recognized as the Employee of Month in appreciation of his work during the month of February.
His leadership skills and technical ability resulted in successful completion of projects onboard USS Carter Hall and USS Jason Dunham.

Continental Tide employees Cedrick Clayton and Terry Warren braved the recent Northeastern winter storm to keep the Reading, PA, office open and operational. Reading received more than 18” of snow over a two-day period. Management would like to thank all employees for continuing to support the Fleet and our Customers during the recent storm.
