CT Employee of the Month - DEC2015

To close out 2015, we would like to recognize Cedrick Clayton, Subcontract Manager, for his hard work during the month of December. Mr. Clayton’s efforts in the Finance, Accounting and Contracts (FAC) department have been crucial to the organization in terms of development, implementation, and advancement. He has been an important member of the team reviewing and editing subcontractor and purchasing QP’s for our Quality Management System (QMS). In addition, Mr. Clayton has assumed the role of Subcontract Manager developing the Subcontract Management System to continue maintaining compliance, strengthening subcontractor relationships, and identifying areas for improvement. His efforts in taking on this role while maintaining his traditional workload deserve to be recognized.
