The Continental Tide team poses for a photo after a recent training event. The training included Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Safety Certification training sponsored by American Heart Association, Inc. and OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Training was held at our Chesapeake office with an emphasis safely identifying and managing life-threatening medical emergencies while in a ship yard and ship environment. This team event focused on information, assessment, and skills that will protect life or prevent further injury during the interval between an incident and Emergency Medical Service (EMS) arrival.
